Why no one talks how healing can make someone feel so alone?

When you are healing you do feel a bit alone right, i do so I shared the thought
Isnโt good at last youโre healing afterallโฆ So itโs good to be alone for sometime ig
It is but sometimes you feel very lonely, itโs not wrong but nobody talks about it much so ๐
