Why can’t I forget the girl who rejected me. I thought it was love but she was just flirting😑 Why it seems difficult to get her out of my mind . I am. getting panic attacks when i see her photo and also getting the urge to reach out to her everyday. How to stop all these. I see people move on easily even from a break up but in my case this small problem seems bigger to me . Someone explain what to do here ?

Agar usko feelings nahi hai or for fun k liye kar rahi thi wo to bhai tum bach gaye kyoki agar relationship hoti to ye or toxic lagta

It’s genuine to feel bad, and yeah it’s okay, ik this is hard for you but you can’t force someone to love you, if u feel that you’re getting panic attacks seeing her photos, I’d recommend you to delete them, i know it will be hard for you but you have to see how this much is affecting you, do you wanna stop loving yourself for someone who never loved you? No right? You should be important to yourself! And one day you’ll find someone who will appreciate you and love you like you do, just try to do stuff that’ll help you distract yourself and focus on yourself and i hope you’ll start loving yourself too, all the very best :)
