Why can I not sit still in my college classes? I’m always doodling , twitching my leg or feeling anxious most of the time. That’s why i skip my classes most of the time and love to stay at my home, and now my college teachers are not happy from me they shout at me but idk how to make them understand what i feel because they think i am making excuses
But it’s hard for me…i feel anxious there.

Some people have anxiety issues, you know?? You can’t just “enjoy life” dealing with it. Anxiety is not something to be taken so lightly of. Also, dude, you should atleast attend classes for presentee. And skip whenever it’s ok to. Whenever you feel anxious, talk it out with a friend or someone you trust, you’ll feel much better. Listen to your favorite song, or just do your best to keep your mind busy!! Hope you’ll get through this <3
I am getting u and first of all thankyou for understanding me but u know i only have one friend there and she will not take this seriously…when i try to talk it out with her she either just hmm it or change the topic…or when sometimes i try to make her understand things forcefully it looks like she thinks i am just doing it for attention
