Why are some people so damn unlucky in their love life. People are marrying their high school sweetheart. Someone found love during their college time. And here I am feeling like why am I so unlucky when it comes to love. Why did I not meet someone during my school life? Why did I choose the wrong guy to fall in love with during my college who broke my heart? Mujhe bhi chahiye thi aisi out of fairy tale type love story.

Yeah IKR it's very rare to meet the one and things working out. I just wish that I too could have experienced a love like this. A love that is so strong that its stands the test of time. A love that brings you happiness. A love that is not complicated. A love that just flows.

I'm an introvert. I don't like meeting new people or rather I don't have the courage to do so. Sometimes it feels that the world around me moves too fast and i'm born in the wrong generation. People my age already have dated casually and are now moving to serious ones. However here I've never even dated someone ever. I was too afraid before and now when I want to I don't think I can find one. I'm too reserved, and my idea of love and dating seems old school to most. It's been like 2-3 years since I always feel lonely. Looks like I might be moving forward in my career someday but not my love life ever and someday my parents would just pressurize me to get married.

it's been lonely this past month. i have two roommates who're dating but i am the only one who is single. and i can't find anyone, and infact im not sure if im ready for a new relationship. how i just wish i could find someone who gets it.

Lonely

i just turned 25,everything seems so wrong ,  i didnt have a boy friend in my 25 years but all of my peers are in good relations or married or have kids but i dont wanna be married because my friends are married or am getting older. Hi, I don’t really know who to discuss this with in my life so I’m putting it here. 

I’m asexual or I think I am, but I still want a romantic relationship someday…. I think. I don’t know. I just, I don’t want to be left behind. All of my friends have or have had romantic relationships before. I haven’t, but I do want to try it. And I think it’s possible although I don’t know what asexual means for me. I think I’m somewhere on the ace spectrum. I just don’t know where and a while back I was listening to a podcast and the one being interviewed was aro/ace and said that they found most relationships that are strictly romantic fall apart. So what if I try something that is doomed from the start?

So, I'm 27, was very happy by myself, haven't had relationship ever. But Now I feel like I need someone to understand me and just be there for me. Where can I find the one??I know I don't want my parents to select the groom for me, Because I won't be happy. I'm very independent and I need someone to support and motivate me just By being there by my side. Am I wrong? Is it too much to ask for?

This post isn't to make anyone feel weird or creeped out but to express what we as humans feel and need. I am 21 years old male in Undergrad and I want to express something that I couldn't express due to judgement by the society. We as humans usually start craving to have a partner (of sex to whom we are attracted) from teenage. We need them to fulfill our emotional needs, felt loved and give love. I haven't been able to date a single woman in my entire life. I know there are many people like me but I don't think that is the way to deal with it. I am not trying to force myself to date anyone but it is just that I haven't been able to date a woman who I wanted to date ever. I again got rejected by someone I liked. I understand that during my teenage why this happened but since the last 1-1 and 1/2 years I have been working on myself i.e. Grooming, communication skills etc. but still couldn't find any success. I even tried online dating apps and made a good profile (got this compliment from my female friends). This thing is eating me up from inside. Not comparing myself with others but I do feel under confident when I see my friends being able to date someone and love someone. I root for them to have a good time with their partners but the way it is happening with me, it is eating me up. Please help me with this!
