why am I the villain if I hate my dad? everyone asks ME kaisi beti hai? bhai kaisa baap hai vo? why is he not asked such questions?? 

oh they know exactly what an asshole is. He is just a kid and blames his actions on others. He expects to be a perfect family after all the mess he made and just wants me to magically forget everything HE did. Dude he is a 40-year-old man..he should finally learn to face the consequences of his actions

Its totally okay to hate your parents!! Don’t care about others judgements, only you know why you hate or don’t like him.

Family

I'm kinda pissed off because for some reason, no one at my middle school likes me. All because last year I was a little annoying. So this year I go quiet and stick to myself and still nobody wants to be around me. Not only that, but my Dad recently stopped smoking. Now you're probably thinking "Good for him!" but no. Ever since he stopped he's been getting really pissed off over stupid crap. Like one time I was climbing down from my loft bed and fell off the ladder. Instead of asking if I'm okay he goes, "What the hell, you're gonna scratch the floor or put a dent in it or something. " Like he can talk. Like, 2 months before, he kicked a hole in our hallway closet door. Then he yells at me for FALLING off my ladder. Not only that but my parents don't get off work until 5:00. They don't get home until 5:30 pm. And I'm not allowed to go outside unless they are home. So on school days I'm inside all day from 7:30 am to 3:10 at school, then I get home, and I'm stuck inside from 3:30 to 5:30 by myself. Lastly, every time I ask a girl out she rejects me.

Anxiety

I never understood why I am scared of my father
He never yelled at me,he never verbally or physically abused me, he's a very chill dad,he never scold he for low grades
He always make me understand things very politely but then why am I so scared of him

3am Thoughts

I'm disappointed from my dad. He does help ma but if he's in mood of it, he disrespects her often. I mean why is this so common. You know I've a little brother I don't want him to be like that. Papa is a really good person I know but sometimes somethings hurt!!!

Exhausted

I grew up admiring my father, he was my hero, I always looked up to him, wanted to be like him. But now i hate him. His drinking habit has ruined the family. I cant see my mom cry every night anymore. I hate him so much. 

My mom started cheating on my dad when I was still 4 years old, back then I didn’t know what cheating was and was confused why I shouldn’t tell my dad that there was some guy living under the same roof as we do, not even a relative but just a mere stranger. My dad lived and worked out of the country and comes home every 3 years. When I was still young I used to hang around with him a lot, basically a daddy’s girl. But when I started to grow up and finally understood our situation, I hated myself and would be disgusted at what I see in the mirror. I never talked to him again since I would always tell myself back then that I was too shameless to do that. If I would tell him then who knows what would happen to our family, either my dad would leave us and my mom would blame me my entire life for what happened. I planned to tell my dad when I turn 18 and have a stable job incase something happens but he died when I was 16 and up until now that I’m 17, I’m still feeling guilty about it and I hate my mother for it. I want to run away but I know that my mom would say that I am being selfish and ungrateful especially that we are financially struggling and they are starting to say that “oh when she turns 18 and have a job then we won’t have any financial problems anymore”. And it makes me feel guilty that I wanted to run away but still, I want to run away and heal myself. My emotions and thoughts are valid right? I don’t think they are ridiculous like what my mom said.

Hey! I am 18 and my self Shri .....I think my father is behind any other woman .... don't know for sure but have a doubt that he doesn't even spend family time even he is not talking to mom and most of the people live in the house but can't ask anything because there are no guts And  i love him very much and he has also some health issue he has diabetes and heart problems and he lost his mom last year in covid and go through from trauma so that i also afraid that if something goes wrong, 
Please tell me what should I do now?

All my father talks Abt 24*7 is Abt the same thing. He hates a political leader so much that he is legit obsessed with him. That is all he talks Abt the entire day with everyone. Even when a conversation is far away from that topic he just find a way to bring him into the conversation. He has nothing else to speak Abt but just that. The lockdown is making it really hard for me. My mom and I have tried to explain it to him but it's absolutely of no use; he takes it it on his ego and doesn't talk to us for 3-4 days then everything is back to normal. The cursing and hate goes on and on and on. There is no normal conversation with him. He just can't talk Abt any other topic. When we talk Abt something else he is just quite and on his phone not bothered at all.
