Its short story of mine where i fall in love with a girl to whom i was dating  and she was my only and only one friend to whom i have shared my too many secrets and we were dating for around 2 years. I love her so much and she love me too .But i know why she started making distance with me. Means she doesn't give reply on time . When i asked her she sad . She was ill and she does this continuesly for 3 months then i thought i should leave it and move on but after that she came back to me after 3 months and even after she came back i am not getting that vibe. So i was angry for 2 days . She messaged me for continuously 2 days and then she stopped try and now we broke up and i today  got here call recording and i found out for 3 months she doesn't messag me but do call to my brother everyday at least 3 to 4 times and was busy for hours i haven't asked her about that anything about this. But  i am broken 😃😃i don't know what to do

Let me share uh my story, 
I have been in a relationship from last 3 yrs, 
And recently we had a breakup, 
I can't handle myself I don't know why,

I don't know wt to do, 
As I'm doing mbbs I don't know how to make my carrier now, it's just got ruined

What is this, this feeling that creeps in everytime she's online but doesn't respond, when you engage in a text conversation but you can see that she isn't interested, when you notice that she's been mentioning people taking notice of her or admiring her or having a crush on her. We don't get to converse much with our common hours ranging from 8 to 10, like that has always been 'our' time since the start of the relationship, but lately she hasn't been present, she hasn't been there and it's not because of her having some work or issues which I would totally get. It's like we're texting and having a conversation and she wanders in and out of the conversation as if tending to something else as well. And to add to all of this she recently mentioned to me she had told someone that she's single and she feels guilty about it leading me to wonder whether she expects me to feel angry or something or shes just guilty. All in all I just wanna know whether I'm just turning this into a big deal or maybe I'm correct. I just need advice
