I feel low, tired, exhausted,lost and physically drained out today. It has been years i have been feeling episodes of lows. I feel like nobody really likes me for who i am. I am feeling very lonely...been so honest and kind with everyone ... don't understand what went wrong that this is happening with me. I feel like running from all of this mess...but where to go..mess is in my head....i feel i will always be left alone in future too..nobody will be there with me. I don't think anyone loves me with my raw soul. What am i supposed to write here!!!??? Go on and on??? Because the feeling is never ending and too much to write.

Feeling absolutely awful today 
I’m craving for someone to speak with about the fear i’m feeling. 
My sister has multiple sclerosis and is addicted to weed. Her outbursts and suicidal fits have thrown me off my senses. 

Im sick of reading and listening that i am not alone. I get it. Im sane enough to know the basics. I just need someone to tell me how does one deal with these relapses in their family.

i've been feeling really happy for the past 2 weeks after being sad for almost a whole month (june 2021 was not fun 😃) i literally starting harming myself june got so bad and i had never been at a lower point in my life. today i feel sad and completely worthless again, it's all the exact same as how i felt most of june. anyone else feel the same?
