whenever I’m upset i don’t eat anything which lasts for days I feel hungry and I feel the need to eat but when people surrounding me ask me to eat all of a sudden I lose my interest to eat🙁 I couldn’t control my anger too…

I don’t know it’s just that I feel like I don’t wanna eat just because they say you know then they might get the feeling that I’m eating it because of them and I feel like I can hold my hunger than giving up self respect kind of thing you know but I feel like it’s wrong but it lashes out when I’m angry I just couldn’t control it…

Do you eat after your anger is cooler down? Or is it still escalate it because of self respect ?

You don’t eat because if you eat you will be saying what they told you to do or why?, I know it’s not easy but remember that you eat for yourself, try to make your meals fun and eat in a quiet and peaceful enviroment.
Or link something that you love doing with eating, like watch your favorite tv show or your favorite playlist…
If you are able to try to look for some help, like a therapist or something.
We feel anger because we numb ourselves or don’t accept other feelings like frustration or sadness, this is not something easy to fix but you can stop journaling and meditation.💖

But it’s just that I couldn’t control it. That anger is so huge that I don’t mind about my own health and even about things I love to do when they(who made me sad and angry) are around and I separate myself from them…

Yeah you can´t contol your feelings but try to accept them and move on, I think that meditation will be really helpful for you
