Whenever I’m alone in my room, I get a lot of thoughts which gives me anxiety. I start thinking about past things, what will happen in the future, am I good enough, why ain’t I productive or why am I wasting a lot of time, others are better than me, what if I hadn’t taken the right decision for my career, what I should have said or haven’t said, etc etc.
It’s just piling up and becoming a burden and giving over anxiety.
I just don’t feel like talking to anyone about it because nobody would understand or I won’t able to express it.
I don’t wanna overthink anymore. It’s affecting my mental health and happiness.

whenever you feels right down your feelings and later throw it in a dustbin or burn it
Or else you can just draw your thoughts on page with any color,shape and size which comes in your mind first …
And do yoga and meditation daily…
