When i get sad or anxious like a normal person in a normal life i feel like i don’t know how to sooth myself properly i try some stuff but it doesn’t always work well
I try music, workout, running, dancing, even just lying down and letting my feelings out, going in nature or even setting by my window
What else i could do any ideas ?
