No no not worthless
But being overweight is not good as it causes or invites a lot of disease to you in future as you get older like blood pressure, sugar, heart disease, knee problems and some disease related to stomach or even being lazy too.
Thatās why you should be fit
If you want to loose your weight then must remember you should do exercise and dieting simultaneously just doing one thing at a time will not help you that muchš

It also depends on what way he is saying that ā¦is he saying that to fit into society or for health issues . Ppl who reject someone by looks they wont be there for you when you actually need them . You canāt be thin forever , what if you were thin and then got fat because of some reason and partner left you just for that . There r good guys out there who will be interested in you but you will meet bad ones more , cuz harsh reality bad ppl exist more . And also ppl can have preferences , that is totally ok too . Look for someone who actually likes your personality . Lose weight if you r uncomfortable or if there are health issues . Being fit doesnāt only mean thin .
