When both are working, shouldn’t both be doing chores? Doesn’t matter that if it’s equal in quantity or not. But atleast, if a women is working, unlike Indians traditional gender roles, shouldn’t men be helping in chores?

They will if they understand. My fiancé comes over weekend sometimes and he does help me in cooking and washing utensils. Initially he didn’t but later he saw me getting tired and decided to lend a helping hand. I guess you can speak to your guy and explain ur situation and ask him to share the work.

But you know many of them still won’t help, because they are raises in traditional environment where they believe chores are only supposed to be done by women. And they won’t help.
