Whatโll you do, when you know that youโll gone by your 40?
I feel confused right nowโฆ My life are just likeโฆ Monotonous, it doesnโt got any meaningful memories.
And some weeks ago I also realized that I got CHF/Cardiomyophaty, I donโt know if itโs severe or not, but I hide it from my family as asthma for years (hard to breathe after hard activities and after sleep)
I want to change. I need to create some goals, but I donโt even know how to make one.
So, can you โshareโ me your dreams?
Or maybe some idea?

Iโm really sorry for your sickness. I would like to suggest something: Do what makes you feel happy. Make happiness your goal. And, I bet, when you achieve this goal in the long run, youโll feel satisfied. Enjoy little moments, take up a hobby that really makes you feel good. You seem to be concealing your sickness from your family, maybe because you donโt want them to worry. You want to see them happy, right? Their happiness lies in yours. So make your happiness your goal, and donโt get upset by your sickness. Some difficulties in life lead us in ways that are destined to bring happiness and satisfaction. Follow your dreams, be passionate about them, and you will find a reason to stay happy :)
