Talk to ppl. Tell them this is how ur feeling. Don’t tell everyone if u don’t wanna but atleast 1 or 2 of ur closest ones. They will divert ur mind for sure.

even though it is the last thing you’d want to do, talk to someone. or write your thoughts down if you can’t find the words to say. keep yourself busy as much as possible. it gets better eventually

Tired to keep myself busy. It’s like running away from the problem. Till the time I am busy doing something it’s okay. But every race ends, and so when I am done with my work, the thought hit me up again.

I used to self harm too and did not feel comfortable to share it . But uk over the period of time it got better and I don’t do it anymore . Whatever the problem is it will pass trust me . I know everybody says this and Is kinda cheesy but believe me this is true . I know I don’t understand what you are going through but listen to me self harm isn’t the solution . It just something ur mind believes is something u deserve ya something else but it isn’t . As and when time passes everything would pass too and after sometime you would be looking at this situation or your problem as something in the past that happened . And also I m here for you . Even if we don’t know each I m genuinely here for you and I m all ears u can share anything with me like literally anything . I m here for you ❤️
