Love your question! And I think one quality a friend should possess is empathy. I used to think loyalty is the very important quality to have in a friend, but being able to witness a lot of friendships, I was able to come into a conclusion that empathy is something that we should value more in people. Being able to understand what the other is thinking or feeling interconnects to a numerous of traits like the ability to be honest, to be encouraging, dependable, and even to be loyal. Friends are the people that we can trust and be comfortable around with, since they can understand us better than anyone can. So, that’s why I think empathy is one quality our friends should possess. 💛
