What does HAPPINESS mean???

Happy

How to be happy irrespective of your circumstances. Im in dire need of help and I’m too depressed that I lost hope in being happy. I don’t even know why I’m asking for help here 

Anxiety

i've been thinking lately
sitting here with my eyes closed,
cold air hitting my face, 
warm coffee mug in my hand, 
hairs floating in wind and 
listening to Taylor saying 'all too well' 
just these small things can make me happy?
i don't really desire any big things,
i don't really aim for stars and moon 
only being able to see them daily can make me happy.
i value these things much more than anything.

Adulting

I am just patiently waiting for life to be better, so I can be happy again. I wish life had a fast forward, so I can just skip all these hard feelings and phases of life right to the moment where I will be happy again. I wish things would go back to how they were but the realisation that no amount of conversing or sharing can make that happen. I just have to accept that this is the new normal in hopes that I'll someday smile again. That someday I'll be brave again. Until then I wish I have enough in me to keep going.

Breakup

Hey, guys hope you all are doing well it's just I have a lot in my head recently thought I should share my mantra of happiness I recently got to know about. 
I believe Happiness is something internal. It has less to do with pleasures and more to do with private victories. When one feels like their life is worthwhile, they are involved in a purpose bigger than oneself and is contributing to the happiness of others, that is what makes someone happy.
Just find a reason to be happy trust me you'll feel inner peace instantly 

Happiness ain't something you sit back and wait for.
