What do u think abt the phrase, “people have it worse” is it justified to say to someone who’s being troubled by their issues what would u reply if someone says tht to you? How do u make them understand it’s not the right thing to say and if u feel it’s right why do u feel so?

This phrase is not at all correct. I agree people might have far more worse then us. But everyone have their own struggles and comparison between those is not at all right.
