Physical, caz it fades away with time
I personally cant let go mental pain easily caz its in my thoughts all the tym when ever im lonely

I was in depression before.

Then I got sick. My body is always in pain because of medication and I have to continue this for next 6 months. And now I feel more depressed.

So, no physical pain.

I’ve been mentally hurt most of my life so I’d take some physical pain any day instead of mental pain
