What can I do to relieve myself from all the burdens and stresses?
I don’t know why but these days I keep feeling unmotivated and I’m having trouble eating and sleeping. I can’t have a good sleep these days and I’m starting to get addicted to chewing gums. At first, I took chewing gums only as my hunger solutions but it makes me so addicted to it. Is this a good habit?
Sometimes I just keep thinking, how to run away from all my problems?
Is it by leaving this world? Sometimes, I can’t catch my own breath.
Maybe if there is really someone that can hear my problems out, please come and save me

Hey look leaving problems is never a option if they are important for you I think sharing is one of the best things we can do and look no one know the solutions exactly expect you but we are here for you beside you helping you and support you and look we just need someone who can listen us and that is all after that we can face anything any problem

Try to calm down. Try to listen to music you know and sing along or try to dance and stry to smile. It releases endorphines and I think it will help you to decrease stress
