What am I supposed to Do ?
I’m in USA. My manager asking me to come to office and he hates working from home. But my wife wanted me to work from home. How to convince people in this situation. I’m a contractor and can’t argue with management on this. But my wife never understand, She always tells me " Look at people in other companies, they are working from home, Why the hell your company asking to come back to office? "
Who understand my situation? My work can not be done from Home Some times. I need to be at office. She tells me, What happens if something happens to me?
Oh! God It is hard to observe the thoughts and understand the people.
