It's been a while since I last opened up my feelings and thoughts to my friends and the people around me... and then I just saw this website, so I just had the thought to maybe just post what's been on my mind lately. 

Ever since the pandemic started, I became more negative and afraid of things that may come in the future... And up till now, I still am... though sometimes I feel like I am getting better for some days, but then again would shift back to these negative thoughts inside my mind. But anyways, getting straight right into what's been bothering me today somehow, is that I am quite emotional, afraid, and always negative in almost everything, where this is what I actually don't like about myself somehow... I am not quite sure if I actually want to post what I am thinking right now, but, whenever I feel like I would want to try and fight with challenges I have, I easily doubt and hesitate on myself asking if I could actually do it. Because ever since I was a young I've always been so negative about things, and I even always think of weird things inside my head (well, that's at least what I think it is), making me sometimes uncomfortable telling what's really inside my head to the people around me, thinking they'd judge me or sometimes I always think that what if what they're saying isn't true and such, stopping me from telling other people what I actually feel. And I would say yes there's a lot of people around me, and have also advised and tried to help me... But I just don't really have the strength to really fight or really want to be okay, and I don't even know why I feel this way. 

To whoever have read this until here, thank you, and sorry if ever this post was too negative or sad to read... I just wanted to burst what I couldn't tell anyone right now. I hope this post won't stop you from having a good day there ^^
