Well i don’t know where to begin.
I met a guy 2 years ago, we fell in love and dated for about 10 months.
Then he left me because of his parents.
I got depressed and couldn’t handle pain.
After 3 months because of my poor condition he started talking to me again but as a friend.
Initially we were on same page but then he moved on.
But even after a year of breaking up I’m still in love with him.
I face emotional crisis every other night.
I feel pity for myself.

first I want to say it’s totally OK to feel pity for yourself. You’re in a bad place, so treat yourself like you would a friend. Maybe go to bed early, practise self care. Or wallow; I genuinely mean this it helps get the emotion out (and what better reason to binge watch a TV show with your favourite desert?). Tell him how you feel. Play a game of 20 questions or something, ask how he feels and why he left you because of his parents. Since you’re living together it’d be especially hard to move on, maybe find another place if he doesn’t feel the same way? Be true to your heart, you’re never going to know if you don’t try right? Sorry if this isn’t much help!

I’m afraid of telling him how I feel. He doesn’t like it when I talk about it.
