Weekends make me feel gloomy…specially the nights…i keep my self awake till midnight which makes my thoughts more vulnerable and the cycle of anxious thoughts and panic attacks don’t stop…i am scared to acknowledge certain things that trigger my thoughts…it seems very difficult to get accept and move on with things…i wished for it to be a pleasant sunday morning but it isn’t…
