I have depression and I did some mistakes in life for that I apologize. Abhi trigger hota h. And I can't able to sit properly the whole day at my home. Whenever I try to sit or take a rest in bed I always got thoughts that force me not to sit or sit again could you people tell me is possible for you not to take rest at your home the whole day? Especially when you are not working.  Kr skte h ap esa mujhe detail me reply kijiye. Me bahut pareshan hu.
