Why do i feel so much 🙁😟

I feel horrible. some days are worse than others. some days i feel literally insane, and my thoughts make no sense, and i feel this weird doom. some days i cant even understand when people are talking to me, its hard to pay attention. I cant read because I cant concentrate. some days i feel so heavy, i can barely move. sometimes when Im hungry i cant get up to eat bceause i have no energy from starving, or im too sad to move. I had a mental breakdown a few days ago, i wanted to die. Im okay now but I wish i had someone to help me. no one really cares or has time.
