Very very sadā¦i am in a situation where I cannot do anything to help myself but at the same time I just canāt deal with it. I donāt understand how to cope with this never ending pain.

My ex is getting married and I am not able to move onā¦itās not his or mine fault but itās just that I cannot accept itā¦I want to be happy for him and I genuinely am, but itās very painful to accept that he wonāt be tehre in my life anymore
First of all u need to accept he gone and its a phase try to spend time with ur loved ones close one and be in touch with them it eventally be all right

It will take time, donāt worry. You are happy but youāll feel sad since he was once a major part of your life.
He can be your friend if you wish to be friends with your ex. š

I would suggest uh to sit down and feel whatever emotions uh are feeling, even if uh are unable to accept it just say to urself okay things have changed but i will take my time to accept it and after listening all the toughts or stories or feelings just try writing whatever uh feel. Even if uh dont knw what to write, just hold the pen in ur handā¦
It will help only if uh want to help urselfā¦ just take ur time
