Is it possible for you to follow a breathing exercise? Try inhaling air for 5 seconds, holding your breath for another 5 and exhaling the air out in 5 seconds again. If possible try repeating this till you feel some relief. You’re safe and nothing bad is going to happen to you, alright? Please take care.
