If you’re unemployed them invest your time in some healthy activities which can avoid the anxiety, depression or any negative thoughts you’re having make some good habits try yoga or something which calms your mind, unemployment or break up it’s just a small part of your big life don’t let it ruin your life try to be happy with what you got.
I hope it will make you realise that you deserve to be happy.
