So I’m very new here and idk how a lot of things works. Ig I can just rant here?
I’m not sure if anyone would read but I have some really serious social anxiety. And I can’t talk to anyone about it. I just don’t dare to do so. If I talk about it to someone they just think I’m exaggerating it and that I’m just another introvert.
Okay, so I joined here because of a very recent incident that caused me to have a massive anxiety attack. I couldn’t really talk to anyone about it but I might share it here.
So yeah I hope this platform helps me with my social anxiety.

Same I’m not crying everyday but my sleep schedule so messed up I get only 5 hrs of sleep everyday because the thoughts of my failure never let me sleep that easily
