TW: self harm???

So when I get strong emotions I tend to scratch myself without realizing it or I do it bc of the urge to do so.
Anybody know how to get myself to stop?
Also, how to I treat the scratch? I have a mark on my arm and I don’t want anybody to get worried.

Apply coconut oil… and pls be gentle to your body… self harm is not good… it scares meπŸ™πŸ™
