What happens in therapy for depression ?

Depression

I've been rejected to many jobs that i have applied this year. Well it is really hard for me to work and do my uni stuff esp when im a pre-med student. I think this is a sign for me to stop looking for a job and just focus on my studies. I myself just looking for a part time thing so while i study i also earn my own, but unfortunately its not my time yet. Well that sucks 🙂

I feel so worthless. Some one not deserving of love or happiness.

Lonely

So this is is how it starts. I have been dating this guy for about 10 months and things have been going great. With covid and everything, we still managed to stay in touch. For about 2 weeks ago, they have stopped responding to my texts out of the blue. At first I didnt think of it anything, so few days later, I messaged again to check how they are doing and they opened the message and but didn’t respond again. I have stopped reaching out to them and decided to give them some space. It’s hard to still to continue being in the relationship, when you are just kept in the dark. A part of me does want to ask him if we are together or not but I don’t know if I’m ready to face being completely ignored again. im ready to accept whether the outcome will be.Any advice will be appreciated.

So me and my bf have been keeping our relationship private from our family and everyone cause we shouldn’t be dating because of caste and all. But today my bfs sister who’s also my close friend saw our text messages.
She said she won’t tell anyone but I’m scared 
If this goes out my parents would actually kill me
