Hello, My name is Alex.

I'm 12, I don't know if I'm of age to be on this site, but i just wanted to talk, I don't think i'm depressed but i'm 100% not happy. I'm socially anxious, insecure and stressed. My parents have just had a divorce and i'm never going to see my mum again. I've not went out all summer i've just been sleeping, watching stuff on netflix and sleeping. I have self harmed in the past and I've had plenty suicidal thoughts. I'm a loner i have 2 or 3 friends, I'm really wanting someone to talk to that actually cares, that is here for me, don't think this is "just a phase" or anything, It's not. I think I'm depressed, This is dragging me down and I'm not happy anymore, whenever someone asks "are you okay", i have to lie about being fine, i fake smiles i fake happiness i don't want to be faking this all anymore, I don't want therapy because it'll make my family sad knowing I'm sad. I feel empty on the inside any happy emotions i put out are fake, i have no energy i'm going to end up killing myself, nobody checks up on me and nobody will, it's making me sad, when someone asks "how are you" i can't just say "i'm doing shitty" or "i'm not happy" i don't have a reason to not be happy it's been like this since i was ten, please help i can't continue like this. I'm posting this anonymously in case a family member sees this somehow. Thank you for reading this.

I'm also heavily insecure over my body i stay in hoodies and i'm always wearing a mask so i don't have to see my face i have no self esteem nor self confidence.

I need some advice. Had a fight with a friend and he blocked me. While I wanted communication , he just wanted to connect when he was talking matters important or fun to him. Besides he would say he doens't like being questioned. Questioned about why no proper communication. And he would call me unreasonable while I would find him unreachable. I would go back to him every time we had a tiff. We had an argument and it went bad and he blocked me. What would he be thinking exactly. Is it all my fault?
And would there be no realisation of missing me?
