Yea but at that moment I only know what I was going through when was calling my name and idk how but his voice was just like him that made things worse…I really got a hope just for 1 min still

I won’t understand your feelings completely but i have experienced something similar and after a point we are the only ones who are keeping ourselves under that pain.
You need to drop off those hopes, they are bounding you with the pain

It’s not hope I knew in the first place he will never call me, it’s just that things are only making their ways to not letting me moved on completely

In relationships, we are involved at a deeper level so it will take time and you need to make yourself so confident that even if your ex himself comes in front of you, you won’t feel anything

U know what happened today…I mean, how that call affected me. My ex love “sev ki sabji” fav dish…n I hate it…n this afternoon I prepared it & cooked sev ki sabji and even ate it…this emotional numbness is disconnecting me from myself and see how maturely I m handling this situation😶
