To anyone right so idk what to do anymore I’m just angry 24/7 I think I have anger issues but can someone help out like how can I stay calm and not shout at my mum and dad?

Tell them what you feel if you guys are exchanging thoughts while keeping in mind that you’ll talk politely and speak in low tone. Drink water, trust me it helps to calm down. Even if you shout infront of em then let them know later you didn’t mean anything make them aware about your anger issues. I’m pretty sure they’ll come up with solution, they’ll understand. Try to express as much as you can while being polite.

I’ve been through situations like this, I used to ignore people, situations, conversations and everything which leads to me getting more pissed.
What I tried to overcome this was putting a smile on my face and being nice to people agreeing to what they said no matter how wrong they were. You can’t control anyone by talking but by the way you react. Reactions are what makes people change their decisions, perceptions and state of mind. I hope he’ll understand what your going through and everything’s going to be alright.

Well for that u need to calm your senses for that do yoga or play around kids and dogs anything that calmes your nerves and let u think and make decisions without anger
