Take a Bubble bath in the dimly lit bathroom. Watch a cartoon or comedy. Do you have any animals? Hug them! Get a dog if you donโt have one and take them for a walk. Listen to some calm music. Paint with Bob Ross or just listen to him as he paints. Bake a mini cake or pie. I hope youโre anxiety leaves you be soon! Take care!
And just know whatever is causing your anxiety wonโt last forever. If itโs something you need help with donโt hesitate to ask. You could Write down all your anxious thoughts and stresses out and then write out all the things in your life that give you hope, happiness, love, laughter etc. Even if itโs as simple as puddle jumping or star gazing. Youโve come this far in life. You can continue to overcome and push on. Lifeโs not easy but you are not alone! Cheer up buttercup! Buy yourself something nice. Plan a small trip out. Give yourself something to look forward too!
