This sucksβ¦even after bathe n feeling freshβ¦ saw something triggering and now feeling tired n exhausted n drained out after that and having anxious thoughts. Hope the day gets better and I feel energetic n nice. Hoping to feel better.
Try doing yoga. Yoga With Adriene is a really good youtube channel. Yoga is for everything like overthinking, anxiety, sleep, and so on. Try yoga for anxiety on yoga with adriene on youtube. I had tried it. it proved very beneficial for me.
