Frustration

I am feeling very optimistic about this community!

- I am not able to pinpoint why and how I have such a feeling. It's probably because of how supportive and empathetic everyone is here.
- I am not a leader, but I have a few ideas regarding leveraging this platform can try to be a one-stop solution for mental health.
- I was thinking we could have conversations with mental health experts on the platform. We could have material around approaching and selecting mental health experts, having rescue sessions, and some meditation techniques if feeling anxious. 
I am not entirely sure what I am looking for, but I am sure we as a team can figure out what we want!
