Depression isn't always dark rooms and crying endlessly. Sometimes it's getting up, going to work and smiling and laughing all day and then coming home to sit quietly doing little to nothing until it's time to go to bed.

I've never wanted to commit suicide but when I'm weighing my options it's always a choice

I'm feeling really stressed. I can't concentrate on my studies or anything. I feel really tired, lonely, and nervous every day, and that when I will talk about stress and anxiety whether my friends or family would able to understand it or not. I am not able to control my worrying. I feel as if I'm not good at anything and in doing things perfectly I end up doing nothing at all and later worry and overthink about the things I was not able to do.
