I'm at India's best law school but still feel confused about whether is it what i wanted?

College

Few months back I got married and I kinda feel so lonely. Maybe that's because I've been home sick, missing my family, friends and everything. And my husband is a phone addict and whenever  I feel he's busy with his phone, I try and engage myself watching movies or sitcoms. But sometimes I get soo annoyed and when I ask him , he says I'm always busy with my phone and puts the blame on me. So now what I've decided is let him whatever he wants and not nag him or irritate him with my needy behaviour 😐

Lonely

Feeling totally hopeless. In last 12 years my husband takes me to the peak of feeling loved and the pushes me down. It’s like switching on and off whenever he wants never stands up for my self respect. In last 12 years there have been situations where he was supposed to stand up for me for my self respect but he never did always same shit I will do it next time I ll stand up for you if something happens next time but that next time never comes all the fake promises. Now I am at my moms place since a week but no msg or call from his side. Feeling totally hopeless want to give up on him but can’t do it as I am financially dependent on him and it was a love marriage.

Anxiety

I don't  know  what I want to do I am so so confused  right  now  ....I am 2nd year law  student  so so many options  don't  know  which  direction  to  go  !!!!

Career

My husband has been really hurtful lately. We can't seem to spend a day together without me doing something wrong. I have told him that what he says hurts me. After practically begging for him to Apologize he does and then a couple days later says the same stuff. I just feel alone.

I am unable to build trust on my husband though he is not wrong at all earlier he did a small mistake but now he understood n changed 

Next thing he is not willing to quit his drinking n smoking habit inspite of me making several attempts to make him understand. I feel worried abt his health. But I don't know what triggers him not to leave it inspite of knowing I feel bad n really helpless when he doesn't take my words seriously 

Relationships

I m married in feburary, everything was good untill i got locked down with my in laws. I m a self dependent girl, never thought i ll have to follow stupid rules like wearing anklet banglea even when i don't want to. They send someone with my husband at my mothers home so that they can pay him some amount as milap amount. M really not sure wat to do now

Marriage

Married with the love of my life expecting life to be very beautiful like any other gal. But life always has its surprises.. Mamma's boy, unaware that he's bound by the invisible boundary drawn by his mom has no time to realise that the love in our life is fading... I'm stuck in this, where MIL has more time to barge inside our room, always expecting us to sit in front of her eyes, always do entire chores at home despite the fact that there is a maid (I'm supposed to be the unpaid maid for the hired maid), take 1000 permissions to meet my parents, if I fall sick I get to hear, "LEAVE YOUR WORK AND STAY AT HOME, HOUSE IS NOT RUNNING ON YOUR MONEY", if I don't say I'm not keeping well, I get to do all donkey's work... Why MILs become so cruel towards a daughter in law? When their daughter comes home and stay for weeks together, to get rid of her MIL the same MIL is so happy, but when I need to go to my parents house there are so many reasons to stop me..So called husband just listens to my cry and does nothing, because the mother shuts his mouth...Such a misery😞 Do I really need this life?
