These days my body is not feeling good. I am losing weight day by day. I am already underweight. I feel tired whole day and whenever I am having my meals I start feeling uncomfortable and sometimes I vomit 😔. I don’t have energy for the workout. It has been around 3 months now that I am not consistent with my workout routine. All these things are lowering my self confidence.

Work on your diet something should be wrong with it that’s why you don’t feel like it… You should enjoy the process… And it’s ok to be underweight… Don’t eat heavy meals… Try taking slow… Like small small steps… Its a long process ok… And love yourself that’s the first step stay strong… Need any help I’m here
