What should  I do.....??? My bestfriend  backstabbed  me....I have literally  no friends  as I am an introvert  can't  feel  enough  comfortable  with  everyone....she was then one I trusted  but she backstabbed  me  for a guy spreaded a rumor  about  me  she said things  which  were  not  true.....I confronted  her she was she didn't  do anything  and  left the conversation  as the guy whom she likes  called  her .and she said she is least interested  in  this  conversation. 

I want to cry
I won't really want to because I have been feeling really down and I had to write an essay and it was like a personal essay that the class had to write. I decided to write the essay about my bird Lola, it was hard to write about it, I finished it today and It was really upsetting. I don´t know why I chose that story so it´s also my fault but I think I opened up that wound again and I can´t stop thinking about her death and how it was my fault. I can´t stop blaming myself for her death...I am the reason she is dead and now I can´t think of anything else.

I am depressed and cut out. I often think I might be bipolar, but I don't have what it takes to tell anyone.
The reason I am what I am is the loss of a special friend. Haven't been able to overcome her death; It's been 9years. Nothing intrigues me anymore. I hope that one day I go to sleep and never have to wake up and feel this pain and that being through happiness or death.

I just wanted to share something beautiful my dad did few minutes ago.
I was so frustrated about all the things is happening to me those days because of money and also my thinkings are killing me inside and he just call on time and told me.
-please share your thoughts ,difficulties and necessities with me , you are not alone if you need money I will give you.

It my be simple all this to you but for me is something I appreciate. I being waiting for a long time for those words and I wasn't expecting a call from  my biological father that I didn't grow up with , so that call relief me a lot ♥️.
