There’s a girl in my office trying to make this short, She’s in a relationship since last 4 years
And today she confessed me that she’s having a crush on me and i never thought of her as more than friends as she’s in a relationship. But now its 5 am and I’m unable to sleep with the thought whether I should take this forward? Should I stop. (P.S. I’m single)

Exactly. I don’t want to be in between someone’s happy relationship.
I think you’d better stop, I mean humans behavior always have a pattern, if she can has a crush on you and confessed while having a relationship, she might do the same to you the other day.
Anyway the fact that she likes you tells that there’s something really good in you, and you deserve better.
