It's hurt,but it's ok.... I'm used to it..

Anxiety

I suffered a lot from last 3 years but even then when i observe the world around me, it seems my pain and suffering is like insignificant. 
Pain and suffering as much as i want to run away from it, it was necessary.
It made me a better person, kind, empathetic and somewhat understanding. 
Maybe pain is necessary.

When it hurts, it hurts real y bad! 

Depression

There are pains which we feel without any visible wounds. They come from many sources like love, relationships, loved ones, friends, loosing people, getting ignored, lonelyness, fear, partner, unknown people and etc. But sometimes its hurts more and very intensive than the external wounds. Its not easy to heal it....😏 Sometimes the "time" is the only healer. 

I've made peace with it but it still hurts 😔

Everyone acts as if their pain is real- ultimately finally real. pain matters more than matter matters.
It is for this reason so many of the world's tradition regard the suffering attended upon existence as the irreducible truth of being.
