Why would you date him if he is already committed? And how old are you guys?
if he is saying that he’ll leave his current girlfriend for you then in near future he can also leave you for some other girl. Keep that in mind and decide carefully.
He is just playing with u and that girl for his physical needs… Stay away

Yes leave him you have self respect. Find someone else, who really love you and care for you no matter what the situation is.
