I would like to differ! We keep it to ourselves because we don’t find someone who could listen without any questions or judgement! Once you find that someone it’s actually easy to communicate or express your feelings

A Good Manager knows how to get desired jobs done through his subordinates, seniors and juniors. Handling emotions commands similar skills. Some resort to go for a Research and Development, looking for answers all alone. Some resign and look for a new start. Some give up and stay jobless forever. 
We just need to check which portfolio we enjoy most and change, if need be.
