Wanna share something...so I wanted to wear this oversized coat for a long time but didn't because I was insecure that it will look bad on me since I'm skinny...but today I finally gathered the guts and wore it to my work...2 people have complimented my outfit till now..I'm feeling very happy and confident so I even clicked some of my pics which I usually don't do because of my insecurities..so just want to say Don't be insecure..sometimes it's just in our mind..go live your life and do whatever you want..since you only get to live once🌈💜💜

I went to that ward again where one patient died three days back while I was on the duty.... I was so afraid of facing it but I tried... For some minutes I was panicking and wanted to leave that side of the ward asap but then I forced myself to stay and face my fear.... I went there... Yes I remembered how I felt that day... I'm afraid of facing dead bodies because of past experiences...but then I stayed there and tried to realise that it's done and over... I need to get over it ... 

I tried my best to cope up today and faced one of my fear... That was a long day with so much mixed emotions and overthinking... But I survived 😌

Six-thirty, dinner with me, I can't cancel that again!
Seven o'clock, wrestle with my self-loathing
I'm booked!
Well, if I bump the loathing to nine
I could still be done in time to lay in bed
And stare at the ceiling and slip slowly into madness
