Imagine you love other person and you don’t want to loose that person what will you do.?
Try to keep them happy
Will comfort them
Will not stress them out…Will take care of them
Will not let them be sad or worried
Just replace that other person with you.!
The love you give to others give it to yourself.
You matter.
Your mental health matters than anyone else
Get back to all those stuff you like doing.!
And yes dont worry you won’t lose yourself.!
