Thankful that I got replies from anonymous in this app. Yesterday, I had the worst anxiety attack and still dont know what could help. Some anonymous came out and suggested few methods, I tried them all and eventually everything goes well. <3

They’re not fun. I was home alone during my one and only so far and it lasted 50 minutes. I couldn’t calm down because my mind was racing. I looked up how to stop it but it just said to wait for it to pass. I eventually calmed down and had a bit of a cry. This only happened because I decided I would start bottling stuff up. That’s the last time I do that.

True, they’re not fun. While having it, i think i may die because i couldnt breathe. I cannot breathe. I was lying and crying. Barely reach out anyone’s help because i think i could handle it. But nope. Do reach out to anyone, let your feelings/thoughts go. Stop bottling your feelings. They’re valid so express what you’re feeling. Learn the diaphragmatic breathing as well and practice while having it. Hope you’re better now.

I’m coping better. I have days where I get a bit sad, but for the most part when I’m with people who make me happy, I’m happy. I just get thrown BAD when I see the person who caused all this. Especially how with how unaffected they seem. Sorry for the slow reply. I usually only come on here to try to help other people x
