How do you guys keep yourself motivated? I have been trying so hard. My emotions always take over my productivity. What should I do?

Confusion

Honestly, does anyone just feel sometimes that your motivation levels have decreased? I don’t know how to help it or nothing. It’s hard to understand it.

Depression

Can anyone suggest a good motivational book? Not like atomic habits or smthing but a book that can change your outlook on life when you think you can never achieve anything you want.

You can get self motivate by taking responsibilities ,look to the success of other,keep moving no matter what,listen motivation song and quote,delete your negative thought,focus on your goal and read motivational stories which is based on truth. A passion for making your dreams come true

There's lot of craps in the comment section who are just talking about something kind of giving motivation speeches..well that's good but lemme remind you of something if you are wasting this much of time writing useless messages who I'm sure many of us might already blocked you to stay away from this crappy messages...well if you have that much of time then use it to focus on yourself..if you're truly what your words says then you wouldn't be ending up here writing craps about life and all..well motivation is necessary no doubt but that much of craps is bullemia 

Insomnia

I like being busy and having things to do. 
only because that helps me focus on other things.
whenever I'm not busy I get into my thoughts to much. 
Then I start to realize that the whole time I was trying to keep myself "busy"
was just me suppressing my emotions. 
so I try to keep myself busy a lot.

Guys I am doing my workout continuosly and feeling so much relief which is helping me come out of depression and many more things, pls pray that i continue daily without being lazy , motivate me guys ....
