Anxiety

Yesterday I was feeling down( i screwed up a machine at work as its my first ever). The guilt that i have caused company this loss was eating me up. But after conversing with colleagues I realised that this is normal and even experienced employees also fail to be more efficient. it's not a big deal
These small talks with colleagues are satisfying

Exhausted 😞
  I feel like I want ran away and leave everything behind.. n start over again.. I am tired of my life I wanna be myself I am done pleasing everyone I wanna live the way I want.

Aren't the fishes lost in the sea?

Confusion

Anybody else feel like they don't fit in? 
Like I don't feel like I belong to anything. Not a place, group, person, family, nothing. I just feel like an odd piece of a puzzle that doesn't belong to the picture. Does anybody feel this too??

Lonely

Self Love

Okay so contrary to popular belief and extending on what I have previously read about OCD, it's relatively easy to acquire, and hard to let go of. To a large extent, I believe that we all have some sort of predisposition to OCD, especially those people who are extremely dedicated and have difficulty in varying their standards according to the demands of the situation. But we all must realise that everything cannot be perfect. We do not have to always be perfect, and it's not always mandatory to bring the best out of every situation. Once a person acquires OCD, it is quite hard to let go of. It requires major personality changes through therapy.

Hi My name is Viona I'm a teenage girl I like solitude and muffle my feelings, but when I want to talk to someone I know, I retract my words, because I don't like myself because I was born like this in a society that loves me and wants to befriend me just for my appearance? I really took a moment to think that I want to commit suicide, but I retreat, but every day I cry and I want to die because there is no one who understands me or cares for me, even my girlfriend does not care about me, do not tell me that these feelings are only because I am a teenager. No matter what, I just want attention from the people I love, is this difficult?. Do you know that I'm afraid to talk about my feelings to avoid making fun of what I'm feeling The chaos inside me is tearing me to shreds.
